Udashen served as co-course director for a seminar entitled, “Actual Innocence: Establishing Innocence or Guilt: Causes of and Solutions to Wrongful Convictions,” held at the Center for American and International Law in Plano, Texas on February 26-28, 2014. He also spoke on the following topics: Suppression of Exculpatory Evidence and Applications for Writs of Habeas Corpus.
