Udashen was the course director for the Actual Innocence For Lawyers Seminar, sponsored by the Innocence Project of Texas and the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association on August 10-11, 2017 in Austin.  Gary A. Udashen also spoke on “Legal Issues Related to Innocence Cases.”  Bruce Anton spoke on “Ineffective Assistance of Counsel” and Robert N. Udashen spoke on “False Confessions.”
