Udashen Anton is pleased to announce that Brett Ordiway is now board-certified in criminal-appellate law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Of the only 139 attorneys state-wide that are certified in criminal-appellate law, four now practice at Udashen Anton.
The Texas Board of Legal Specialization was established in 1974 by the Supreme Court of Texas. Board-certified attorneys must be licensed for at least five years, devote a required percentage of practice to a specialty area for at least three years, attend continuing education seminars, pass an evaluation by fellow lawyers and judges, and pass a rigorous day-long examination.
