Texas Court Vacates Mallory Nicholson’s Wrongful Conviction After 40 Years – Innocence Project

Gary A. Udashen was part of an innocence project team which obtained the exoneration and declaration of actual innocence for a man wrongfully convicted of sexual assault and burglary in Dallas County in 1982.
